Sangha events

Sangha is a Pali word which is translates as ‘community’. Traditionally it referred to the ordained monks and nuns of The Buddha’s community but nowadays sangha is used more generally to refer to the community of people who come together to meditate and investigate the teachings of The Buddha.

Sanga events are about companionship and making social connections with each other in ways that are not always possible during a meditation class. Many of you have mentioned the joy of making connections with others through the meditation classes, so we hope that you will join us in building a sense of community amongst those who attend meditation classes with Milton Keynes Insight Meditation.
